Geosynthetics Concrete Liner

GEOCRETE LWP is an innovative material that offers a multitude of benefits. It is composed of Specially formulated premix concrete sandwiched between multiple geotextile fabrics , which quickly solidifies upon hydration, creating a thin yet robust layer of concrete. This unique composition makes it both waterproof and fire-resistant. The material comes in rolls of varying thicknesses, eliminating the need for specialized plants or mixing equipment during installation. Its user-friendly and rapid deployment capabilities make it ideal for a wide range of applications, including slope stability, ditch lining, and quick assembly shelters. The concrete Liner itself consists of a three-dimensional fibermatrix infused with a dry concrete mix. It is backed by a layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) to enhance its waterproof properties. Additionally, the Liner contains hydrophilic fiberson one side, which aid in hydration by drawing water into the cement. The canvas material can be hydrated by either spraying it or immersing it in water, depending on the requirements.
